Nestled among the pine trees on Spokane’s South Hill and adjacent to Comstock Park, Comstock Place offers a tranquil, low key living environment.
Comstock Place Condominiums were built in 1970-71. The complex consists of 14 individual, freestanding units of 4 basic designs. Most have been updated to reflect the individual owners’ tastes. However, the exterior and Common Areas are maintained by the Association to maintain a consistent appearance.
Due to the small size, we get to know our neighbors well and have regular social events.
